Appointment Setter

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Appointment Setter to join our team at Knights Hail Repair. The primary responsibility of this role is to schedule appointments with potential customers for our sales representatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

 Key Responsibilities:

– Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments for our sales representatives to meet with potential customers, ensuring that all details are accurately recorded in the scheduling system.

– Lead Qualification: Qualify leads by asking relevant questions to determine the customer’s needs and the suitability of our services.

– Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and friendly manner.

Qualifications:

– Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and professional phone demeanor.

– Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage appointments and tasks simultaneously.

– Customer Focus: A customer-focused attitude with the ability to build rapport and trust with potential customers.

– Experience: Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, retail sales or a similar role is preferred but not required.

– Work Ethic: A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
