Field sales Representative

Knights Hail Repair is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth through direct, face-to-face interaction with potential customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

– Experience: Proven track record in outside sales, preferably in a similar industry.

– Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively convey information and persuade potential clients.

– Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach with a commitment to understanding and meeting client needs.

– Self-Motivation: Highly motivated and self-driven, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

– Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Key Responsibilities:

– Prospecting: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various methods, including door-to-door canvassing, cold calling, and networking.

– Customer Visits: Conduct in-person visits to potential customers’ homes or businesses to assess their auto repair needs and present our services.

– Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

– Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

– Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

– Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.

– Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
